      I want to preface this review with I don't believe that this company acts in a malicious way. But they are grossly incompetent. Our move was scheduled for January 3rd 2025.Below is the text History of my interaction with Jet Moving and Storage (JMS)TL:DR They attempted to push out our move 3 days later than agreed upon. Couldn't or wouldn't communicate unless via text message. Couldn't get any help or conformation about anything for nearly 9 hours. I had to make other arrangements and am now being asked about the deposit dispute almost 4 months later.       It's challenging to fully convey the issues and disrespect I faced with this business and its representatives in a brief message. For a more comprehensive account, including photos, please refer to my ****** review linked here.************************************************* The primary issues were poor communication and a lack of respect for my time and financial investment. I interacted with at least four representatives who were dismissive and provided either no relevant information or unhelpful responses.After paying a non-refundable deposit of $3,200 for a move from ********* to ******, the communication significantly dwindled. The poor service made the cost seem unreasonable.Following my review on the businesss ****** page, a representative contacted me but offered no real resolution. Instead, he accused me of lying about the service and demanded I remove my review before considering a partial refund. The conversation became unpleasant, and despite my refusal to alter my review without a resolution, the representative responded indifferently with a ????.I strongly advise against using this company due to their disrespectful service and representatives.

      The service provided by this local com. was amazing, from beginning to end. Their quick online form and client servicing from their staff truly helped me during a stressful moving time. Their moving staff were remarkable, on time, and extremely careful with all of my belongings! They were communicate throughout the whole process.

      Sam gave me an estimate for a move from the high desert to Lake Elsinore. We had to reschedule the move date and Sam rescheduled no problem. Always returned my text and calls right away. The Forman called the morning of the move to let me know exactly when they would be at the house. He gave me a higher estimate after looking at everything that needed to be wrapped so it wasn’t damaged. They were awesome with our strict time schedule and the movers really worked hard. No damage or anything broken.
