      **** did not disclose a known mechanical/technological defect of their product that would have impacted the buying decision. EV Charging Defect.Bulletin 2074344/2 was published on 1 July and was not disclosed to consumers.Bulletin ******/ Forward Collision Avoidance: The same issues do not apply to vehicle VIN. Safety issue! -These problems have been presented several times, and the service recommended turning the sense off or turning it to the lowest setting!

      I have spoken with Mr ***** ******************* multiple times attempting to help them through the experience theyre having with their new car. While we sincerely feel for them and are doing everything we can to assist at the dealer level, the primary components of their dissatisfaction should be directed to **** of America; their dispute/issue has nothing to do with the purchase or service experience they had here at Audi Temecula.

      Ive offered the maximum amount of help I can as the dealer to navigate a trade-in/replacement vehicle, and been candid and transparent with them about how we can help vs. what they can look into as far as petitioning the brand for assistance.

      Further, the bulletin # mentioned below, to my knowledge, does not come up under his VIN. We have opened lines of communication with our factory ************ team and are in a holding pattern as they build and deploy updates that should resolve some of what hes experiencing.

       

      I am more than happy to continue to communicate with the Schickes, but I have shared thoroughly what we can do.

      I have road side insurance through Audi I took my car to Audi Temecula and was told that I needed two rims, two tires and a wheel alignment sent in a video of the damages. for over two weeks ******* ***** call me two tell me that insurance is only pay for two rims and one tire, ***** told me on more then once that the tire was damage. but now that the insurance was not going to cover the tire it was ok. But that was not what I was told in the video. The he said that he just looked at the car and trying to get the insurance to pay for everything. The second part of the problem is that insurance company would not even speak to me. According to the the policy the two rims and tires should be covered. ***** called and said I needed to back tires. and one the tires was the one that was damage. Audi Temecula was going have me drive on an unsafe tire
