    I went to stampede on 11/9/23 (last night) to enjoy a date with my girlfriend. I dropped my key in line somewhere so we got in the door to acquire wrist bands so I could enter and exit without having to stand in line again. My girlfriend is 20 and unfortunately if she left after entering she would not be permitted entry again. We went to the lost and found and asked them if they could let us know if anyone turns in a key. I went outside to search for my key and my girlfriend had to wait inside. She waited inside for an hour while I checked outside and then she decided to help me. She asked the the multiple male security guards if she could search for the key in the line, mind you this is within their field of vision practically 5 feet in front of these gentlemen. Miraculously we find my key tucked in a crack on the sidewalk and my girlfriend asked to go back inside and the male guards all said yes because she was within there view the entire span of 10min of searching. We were about to head back in and a female guard hops off her stool and says my girlfriend could not enter because she was underage and those are the rules after my girlfriend had been told she could go back in already. So we spent a total of 25 dollars just to be turned away. We drove up from ******************* to have a fun date night which is an hour and some change both ways. I dont want any problems to arise from this, I just want a refund.
