    I contacted ***** for a piano tuning. Upon the first appointment, he told me my piano needed regulating and would come back. I was expecting that service when he returned. When he came back he then told me he could tune with without regulating. After he left and I paid for the service, my piano sounded worse than before he came. I contacted him via email and told him this. His response was that it needed regulating but that he does not know how to regulate grand pianos. He then referred me to someone else. I have now invested the money for a tuning that was not needed since you cannot tune a piano that needed regulating and then had to go somewhere else to get what actually needed to be done I feel I should be refunded. I have had another very experienced tuner tell me that the piano was not tuned properly at all.

    I'm very sorry that my tuning service did not meet your expectations. I would have gladly reverted the charges if you had simply contacted me without getting external agencies involved. You'll receive your refund.
