      I wish I could give them zero stars. This is by far the worst company *** worked with. I booked an appointment and waited the entire week, only for the plumber to show up and say he couldnt park his car. He was extremely rude, repeatedly asking who would reimburse his parking. In the end, he refused to do the job and told me to find a different vendor. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

      Good afternoon,

      This customer is not in our system and we do not service this zip code. There is however another Guardian Plumbing in LA area, so I think this customer may be confusing us with that company.

      This is THE MOST professional, honest, & competent plumbing company I've ever experienced. Honesty & competency is soooo very difficult to come by these days...this company has that figured out. They deserve more than 5 stars.
      I love that their plumbers explain what they're doing & why, they seem to take pride in making sure they have informed customers.
      Also, they have the most reasonable prices I've come across - they're prices are well worth the high quality of service they provide.
      Don't bother using any other plumbing companies...just call them first!
      Thank you again Guardian Plumbing for being a company I can trust.
