So I’m going to try to make this short about 2 years ago we called up California Pools to get quote to build our swimming pool on our property. They said that they were sending out one of their teams from our city to come give us a quotation so we took them up on the offer to build our pool paid all money upfront in 2 payments totaling about $140,000. They took over 2 years to build our pool but still not completed. So it went slow. Then we find out that the team that was working on our pool was only a franchise of California Pools. I called corporate office of California Pools and only then I find out about that. It was a franchise if theirs and that they have no responsibility over them and then this is when all the drama started. Then find out that the franchise that was working on our pool had gone under and lost business. So our pool has not been completed. It’s almost done . It just needs a gas line hook up final inspection by city and the cleaning pool equipment, and a computer system, to operate the pool from our phone and we need final paperwork work to state pool completed That’s what I think that’s all is needed. I’m not sure if there’s any other machinery work that needs to be done.

So I’ve been dealing a lot with corporate office of California Pools. And now they sent me a settlement release and only offering me the cleaning equipment for the pool and condition I signed the settlement release. But not offering to complete my pool. So that why I do not want to sign because I don’t understand most of it. I do not want to take any chances so I need some help with this. I’ve got sent 2 notices by mail that contractors want to put a lien on my property because they haven’t been paid for the work they’ve done on the pool.
