    Paid $850 to move a safe to my new home 30 minutes away. Company requested measurements of the safe along with its brand info and weight. They also requested measurements of the stairs at my new home. They arrived to my new home and then stated the structure of the stairs made it too dangerous to move the safe into my home. So they were cancelling on me, but they were only willing to refund me half of my money back. So I got ripped off by paying for a service I didnt receive then they kept half of the money. A good business would refund you fully for not being able to deliver a service you paid for and they would eat the cost of any losses incurred due to their incapability to perform the task that was solicited. Dont ever use this company, you may lose money and not get the service you paid for.
