The California Contractor State License Board v Freedom Forever LLC and Greg Albright

On September 4, 2024, Freedom Forever LLC and Greg Albright, the President of Freedom Forever LLC, entered into an Order to Adopt Stipulated Settlement with The California Contractors State License Board. The Order to Adopt Stipulated Settlement settles allegations that the business and Greg Albright disregarded plans or specifications, willfully departed from accepted trade standards, failed to obtain permit prior to start, failed to complete the contract for the stated contract price, violated the contract, and employed an unregistered salesperson. Under the terms of the Order to Adopt Stipulated Settlement, the business and Greg Albright’s license number 1029644 has been placed on probation for 3 years and were ordered to pay a disciplinary bond of $100,000, an investigation fee of $29,747.81, and restitution in the amount of $9,777.63. The Order to Adopt Stipulated Settlement was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
