      Do not use if in ******. They have no one qualified to work in the state and you will wait months for anyone to come out for service work (which is then not done properly). Awful customer service (phone number is just an AI chatbot that answers no questions and never gives you the option os talking to a person).

      Called customer support to diagnose and troubleshoot a data communication issue with SolarEdge inverter installed by Freedom Forever. Connected with ****** ***** who was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was informed that tickets are only created when these issues persist for more than 72 hours, and mine ended up resolving itself within the next 24 hours. Nonetheless, ****** followed up with me after ********************************************************** working order. This dedication to addressing my issue was much appreciated.

      Horrible communication during the installation, complete lack of follow-through, etc. Purchased two systems (home and cabin), and both systems have been delayed ("permission to operate") for over 2 months. Completely unacceptable. I had to call customer support and I waited online for 35 minutes to be told, "It's in process," by **************** Supervisor ****. Both project managers AND the sales representative refuse to return phone calls. ***** this company at all costs.

      We have solar for about 5 years no problems until we had a bad storm and we lost power on half our home. Not sure what the issue was and called an electrician out and over 300 dollars later find out it's a solar issue either the inverter or battery or both not sure but when I called freedom forever which is hard as h*** to get hold of anyone first they tried to say it was an electrical issue and I sent the right up to them to say it wasnt our electric issue and the soonest they could get us set for service was July 3 and when I called on July 1 it was hard to reach anyone the had an AI answering system that wasn't working properly and finally spoke to a real person after several hang *** spoke to ****** who assured me it was still scheduled for 7-3 between 8-12 so we will see r

      The install went well and the panels have been working for a year. But something happened with what they say might be the inverter and it's been almost a month since they placed an order to get it replaced. I was informed that I'm on the hook for the solar payment and my normal electric bill while the panels are not working. If I knew how much of a hassle solar panels were I would not have purchased them.

      Positives: When you call a friendly person picks up the phone.Challenges: We have only had our system for 3 years and our inverter broke. I have made multiple calls, and while everyone has been friendly I am still two weeks without solar and no foreseeable resolution. They have no inverters in stock and don't know when the shipment is coming. I am hopeful a new inverter comes in soon.

      Do not go with this company! They lied to us about everything! Now we are stuck in a contract for 25 years!! Not one time did they tell us about a contract for that long! They definitely took advantage of us! They should be ashamed of themselves! How do people like that sleep at night??????

      I had 23 panels installed. From the start 1 panel produced 40% less than others next to it. I had to have my roof replaced so the panels had to be removed then reinstalled. Upon reinstallation 5 panels were significantly under performing. The company refused to make any repairs or come out to even look.Another time the inverter died. Upon replacing the inverter the technician did something that blew the capacitor on my ** unit. I had to pay for the ** repair.
