Still have yet to receive my 2021 refund because Harry put the wrong routing number on my return. We had told him the correct number and specifically noted that our Bank of America account was not originally formed in California. They thought they knew better and put the California routing number so when it didn’t match we never got the refund. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made each time having to re-explain the issues with one time the owner being extremely rude to my wife. His attitude only changed when he realized that it was their mistake and not ours. Not only do I not have my 2021 return but they submitted my state refund incorrectly so now NY is coming after me for $6000. Again Harry claimed he would help but continued the same pattern of emails requesting signatures on POA’s not attached to the email. VERY poor attention to detail from everyone at this company. When I should be have $2000 in my pocket I have nothing, paid them for my tax return and have NY after me for $6k. I give this business 1 star for those that have $8000 to flush down the drain otherwise I give them 0 stars.

First of all, ***** is not my name and this person moved after the refund to the IRS was sent to them. So i contacted the IRS and they ended of resending the refund to them. Client did receive refund. Refunds being received are out of our control when it comes to the IRS or state. As for the NY, we have been working on this issue, but this client has zero patience and decides to post this review without understanding the timeframes that some things take to get done. We have been in business since 1993 and there is a reason as to why there are no other reviews like this with my firm.Newman Tax & Resolution Inc
