    Very bad customer service and when you call they make promises never complied and after all they make charges but you can’t get rid of them because you have a contract for two years very unsaturated so mad ??

    Customers charges have nothing to do with a contract. This customer called on 7/6/23 regarding her billing charges. On June 1, 2023 the customer requested a technician to come out and replace her exiting router plus possibly add an additional router so she would have extended coverage in her home. Customer was aware that we were replacing her first router at no cost but that if she wanted the additional router, it would be 99.00 plus tax. Customer argued that she did not authorize it but was reminded of the lengthy conversation she had with the same rep she was currently speaking to regarding her talking with her son about the situation and then acknowledge that she did authorize the additional router but because the routers were stored in the same box, she assumed it was one router and one charge. After explaining to her that they are boxed that way by the manufacturer she stated she understood and was satisfied.
