    Complaint Against Turf Distributors Desired Resolution: Product Replacement Under Warranty I am filing this formal complaint regarding the warranty denial from Turf Distributors on a turf product I purchased and have maintained properly. The turf has experienced premature deterioration, and when I submitted a warranty claim, the company denied it, citing neglect. This is simply inaccurate and unjust.I have receipts and documentation showing that I followed all recommended maintenance practices, including professional power brooming and infill. These services were performed regularly by professionals, and I kept detailed records. Despite providing this proof, Turf Distributors refused to honor the warranty and has failed to provide a legitimate explanation or path toward resolution.I have made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve this matter amicably. I gave the company an opportunity to explain why they believe the issue was due to neglect, but I received no justificationonly a blanket denial. It appears that Turf Distributors uses vague language in their warranty as a means to avoid accountability, even when customers clearly fulfill their ******************* this time, I am simply requesting that Turf Distributors honor their warranty and replace the defective turf. I am not asking for anything beyond what was promised at the time of purchase. I have done everything correctly on my end, and I believe its only fair that the company upholds their commitment as well. I am willing to accept a refund at this point because of the poor quality

    I was suppose to receive a refund from the company but haven't received anything and they are once again ignoring me. My original complaint was Complaint ID:17****31. ***** ****** replied saying a refund would be issued.

    The refund check was immediately issued following our response and mailed to: ***** ****** Dr. Lake ********, CA *****.
    It has not cleared as of today. We would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please confirm we have the correct address.
    We can also make the check available at our corporate address in Temecula should Steven prefer that method of delivery.
