    We purchased our main home in March 2018.
    Said home had foundation work done by Foundation Solutions just prior to our purchase, through the contractor.

    We have been in contact with the contractor and Foundation Solutions for over two years now due to improperly fixing the foundation which has led to major separation of the homes drywall from the frame work, inside and outside the home. We have cracks in our Sheetrock, sloping door jams, misaligned doors that will not close, doors we cannot get open. It has become so bad now that in our bathrooms where there is separation in the drywall and sinking of the foundation, it’s allowed moisture to settle and mold to begin growing. We have an asthmatic son, this has gone too far and can affect health now.
    We have met with the owners of the company on several occasions, alongside the contractor. They say they will get back to us, but do not. Last we heard Foundation Solutions stated they will do work under the condition we sign a contract that voids any warranty. This is shady and of course we do not agree to that. The work should have been done properly in the first place and if not then clearly under warranty these issues should have been rectified, however they continue to push it out and off which has now created more issues, such as mold to grow which is a health hazard and will only continue to get worse.
    We as the homeowner have done our due diligence and sadly we have received nothing but hassle from them.
    We have asked for the issue to be resolved under Foundation Solutions 15 year advertised transferable warranty, and as a Ram Jack dealer, Ram Jack offers a limited lifetime warranty. See attachments.
