    Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We take all feedback seriously and
    appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.
    Our organization is committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful
    environment for both our residents and the surrounding community. The mission of Ever
    Well Health is to establish and grow the next generation of modern treatment communities
    to serve people from all walks of life who have significant mental, emotional, or substance
    use issues. Our integrated healthcare system of facilities, programs, and providers set the
    most effective, mindful, and dignified standard of behavioral healthcare. We lead the way
    toward optimal health and wellness.
    At this time, we are not aware of any misconduct involving our residents and have not
    received any complaints in an official capacity regarding the issues mentioned. We want to
    assure you that we review any reported incident carefully. We have policies in place to
    ensure that our residents follow guidelines designed to promote accountability and
    respectful behavior. However, we recognize that improvements may be necessary, and we
    are committed to taking appropriate steps to address any issues.
    We encourage ongoing communication and welcome the opportunity to work
    collaboratively with community members to resolve concerns. If the complainant has any
    specific examples of incidents or suggestions for improvement, we would greatly
    appreciate hearing them so we can take targeted action.
    The individual responsible for filing this complaint has admitted in public meetings she
    suffers from mental illness. We empathize with her condition. The simple facts are that we
    are government contractors contracted for mental health services with twenty plus
    counties in the state, regulated and policed by the *****************************
    Community ************** Our residents are the responsibility of their county. Finally, the
    complainant does not contract or participate in any business with our company. It is clear
    from her desired outcome, that this is a NIMBY complaint, hoping that you will discriminate
    against the mentally ill living in her community.
