I experienced, harassing over a bill there that is Over-billing
And contacted Centers for Medicare who wants a form per Medicare request for me not them to fill out.
Medicare offers a class in billing for their convenience and they have stopped treatment in addition to their harassment over the bill as no-cost of share to me, the participant
    Stopped treatment over bill
Harassment over bill is fraud for some other reason pertaining to my health that they don’t want to treat me
All I want is my allergy tests and to resume allergy shots as I was referred by dr Edwin Tseng and as discussed with Dr Mosher at my last visit
It has been a year for my allergy blood work as I had a serious reaction

This patient made a appointment and was told we are not contracted with her 2nd Insurance Medical and would owe the 20%.     We had her sign a waiver here in office also to tell her we dont take her 2nd Insurance and are not contracted with them.   I also went back and talk to her . She still wanted to be seen.

Her statement was sent to her with a balance of $29.92.  We sent this out in June and July and Aug and Sept 2023 . Called and left a message. No return calls.  She was sent a final notice.  She then sent a email saying to Bill her 2nd Insurance.  I emailed back we cannot bill them we are not contracted with them.   She emailed back saying send to collections.  The balance was written off as a bad debt on 11.10.2023   for $29.92.

Please see attached waiver signed in office that she will owe the balance due after medicare pays. Also you can see the $29.92 was written off on 11.10.2023.

Please take this off Dr Mosher record.

Patient has said she was harassed over the bill . I did my normal call at two months and when a final notice was sent, I had left 2 messages to please give a call regarding balance. Nothing harassing.  There is no form to fill out with Medicare as we are contracted with her Primary Medicare. It is her 2nd we are not contracted with.  As I mentioned she signed the waiver.  Patient we never stopped treatment as she had just one visit and return visit never mentioned. She has never called the office for an appointment to be seen. She just called for the first time the day we responded to her complaint to the better business office.
