    have had the pleasure of working with Craft Design on two projects (one fully completed and one underway). They came in to view the old buildings in person, spent time with me to go over the options, possible costs, permits required and we finally settled one full interior redo, incl. interior wall demolition/re-location and one full tear down, rebuild + add-on. My experience is nothing short of amazing. You can always hire an architect to get the drawings and be done. No - Craft Design go out of their way to work with the city to make sure all drawings are properly drawn, to the minutiae details requested by LADBS (corners you say? 2% grade basement slope from 1911? The cracked foundation, where someone sloppily dumped a ton of cement, about 50 years ago? Yeah - they handle that and the City of Los Angeles!). The only LADBS interaction I have had so far has been on-line for fee payments As architects with extensive LADBS knowledge and experience, Craft Design are irreplaceable. I can't imagine having to use anyone else, for any of my future projects.
