      This company is one of the worst run that we have ever had to deal with. A “fender bender” warranted an auto body shop. Our insurance adjuster referred us to Premier Auto Body. First, they had us drop off our vehicle and had it for three weeks. When we called to find out the repair progress, we were told the parts we’re not in.
      We had a talk with the manager who agreed they had not handled things well. Finally, the “the parts are in” and we dropped off the car. After over 4 weeks, another call to the auto body to check on progress. We were told it would not be ready until mid November.
      So the parts are in and they need six weeks to repair a car that was drivable, but cosmetically in need of repair only? Our experience in the past with even more severe damage, never required more than one week for repairs. But this has been terrible to us. No way would we ever recommend this auto body shop.
      As of this review, they still have our vehicle.

      While at the hospital someone keyed the side of my Tesla and five other vehicles. I was absolutely sick to see the damage and the depth to the base metal. Premier Coach restored my vehicle better than new. The entire team was absolutely

      They have my car their now. They are dragging out the job. They do not give up dates. It is hard to get then on the phone. I am not allowed to know who actually owns this business.
      M*** is not doing a good job. They used to be a good business.
