    Purchased a watch as a gift for Christmas on 12/22/23. When purchasing the watch i made sure to ask about the return policy just in case and was told i had two weeks to return the watch as long as i had all the original packaging etc etc. Unfortunately the watch band didn't have enough holes to fit the wrist of the person i gave it to, his wrist is too thin so he needed another hole to be made in order to have the watch fit properly. On 12/27 I took the watch back to Time Spot to see if they could maybe just add another hole to the band so it would fit him properly. They said they couldn't because the band was too thick. I said okay then let's return the watch and i'll purchase something else. To my surprise - they got upset and said i couldn't return it because it had been "worn". Complete lie. The watch was "tried on" and it didn't fit. It was not worn. They refused to honor the return policy as stated in the receipt and as per their verbal confirmation of return policy. The watch could not and was not worn, IT DIDN'T FIT!!!

    I have offered to resolve this dispute by refunding the customer if he returns the watch, watch box and contents, and withdraws his BBB complaint and his with the Dept. of Justice.

    I have reviewed the latest response received via email on January 17th in reference to complaint ID 21064349, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. (As per the latest email communication between Mr. Fred Hekmatjah and I, I have agreed to resolve the complaint by receiving a $140 store credit offered by Mr. Fred Hekmatjah)
