    On 8/1/24 I called Apple customer service so that way I could have somebody give me an appointment time for the appointment that was set on that day. They could not find my appointment in the system, and when I was asking the customer service rep to speak with the manager, she refused to transfer me and then hung up on the phone. when you dial the customer service number randomly it chooses to be picked up by a store, location or a customer service rep why isn’t there one secure number for each individual entity?

    October 2020, I had gone to the Apple store in the thousand oaks mall to purchase an Iphone 12 mini. The man working, who assisted me said the phone I wanted was not in the store, so we would have to order it from their computer in the store. So, we placed the order from the store for the purple iPhone mini. I was charged a total of 741.81, plus the taxes. I waited almost a month for my phone. So, I went to the store again and they had canceled my order without any reason or informing me that my order was canceled. The man informed me that my refund was being processed back to me and convinced me to buy another iPhone in the store with him. So, in total I was charged for two phones and only received one. They claimed my refund should have been deposited back into my account, so I contacted their support, and I was told that my refund was pending. I never received my refund and I continued to call them, and they continued to say the same thing I went to the store many times and was turned away, the people from the support team mocked me and laughed at me and would hang up on me. I still never received my money. I would just like to receive my money back in a check, due to the fact that I had to close the account, so it wouldn't be able to be processed back onto the same card. I had given up on getting my money back, but my father suggested I make a report here. I have a picture of the order; it has been so long I have lost the order number.
