Signed up for a processor sent all needed information, Just for funds to be held and canceled 90-180 days. Please do not use EMB use another processor that actually have YOU in mind and not there pockets & your customers. This will lead to your business failing look at EMB real reviews.

This was not handled at all, they sent an email stating funds were clear for funds not to transfer. Square is doing a very bad job at handling this situation. Over 180 days since they said they will give me my funds. Now my business is destroyed and im almost homeless.

Hi J****, our bank partners will perform an initial review and provide a quick approval to get your business going while they perform a complete underwriting of the account. Upon complete underwriting, the bank can choose to exit the business relationship, as they did in your case. This can be for a variety of reasons, however, we will not list those reasons here to protect your privacy. If you would like further information, please feel free to call your agent for more details. Unfortunately, these decisions are out of our control and solely made at the bank’s discretion. We may have another partner willing to board your business if you would like to pursue that possibility. As for held funds, if there are any risk concerns, banks will hold funds for up to 180 days, which is the amount of time a customer has to issue a chargeback against your business. Banks do this to ensure they are able to pay those chargebacks if the dispute is in the customer’s favor. At the end of the 180-day period, the bank will release any funds that remain. I checked with the bank and no processing occurred while your account was open so there are no funds on hold. I hope this helps to clarify the situation and please let us know if you would like to try another avenue to find processing for your business. Thanks!
