    Selected option 1 for call back andd did not here back from them. On hold over an hour 2nd day in a row

    I called to cancel my subscription (that I didn't even want in the first place) and they kept telling me that I would get $50 in coupons and a reduced subscription rate and I kept very firmly saying that I wanted to cancel the subscription completely and they said "there is a very concerning report on your credit. You should check it immediately." I had to repeat myself 5 times that I did not want a reduced rate, I wanted to cancel the subscription completely. It was very predatory and gross. I hope this place doesn't stay in business.

    Beware of online loan companies that ask you to sign a trial membership to check your own credit. It's a scam and this and other sites like these are part of the scam.

    They took $39.95 out of my check and I have NEVER done any type of business with this company EVER. It was part of another app fine print at the bottom. I never got a confirmation email for "signing up" log in information or ever accessed any information because I thought it was part of another app. It took 3 customer service people and transfered to accounting to get a refund. Ridiculous and shady AF!

    I subscribe to $1 free trial and cancelled but they ignored my request for cancellation and beginning to charge me a weekly charge for the regular subscription price of $7.94 a week for the last 6 weeks, this is a scam and

    They fraudulently took $39.95 out of my check and I have NEVER done any type of business with this company EVER. I had to get a new debit card and report it to my bank. I'm waiting on my new card and for the bank to do their investigation before the $39.95 will be added back to account. I am so pissed.

    A landlord asked me to get a credit and background check from this place.
    The landlord, the house was all fabricated.
    I can’t get a refund and it’s a huge scam. Stay away from choiceredit.com

    This company is a scam. I never agreed to buy membership. I signed up initially because a "landlord" asked for a credit check to view a supposed apartment. I paid a dollar for my credit score and then they wanted me to sign up for something else for a background check and that's when I knew for sure that they are scamming. Today they just tried charging my card for 39.95 three times, but I had it locked. Nice try suckers. I'm going to make sure you guys go down for what you are. Scammers.
