    BUYER BEWARE. paid up front almost 6,000 for a Sur-Ron and custom seat. The owner is in Rehab per his dad. This guy has no bones about taking your money. We tried to go there today and see if we could at least exchange it for other inventory of equivalent and told by his dad that owns Michael bike shop in center "it doesn't work that way! And to Stand in line!!!". If you too have been scammed reach out to me because this guy should not be allowed to be in business period. I guess there is a line of people in same position. They want as far as lying and saying I picked up Sur-ron seat and used my receipt which doesn't say I picked it up as proof that it was in person sale!! To this day B**** and other people that work that shop all acknowledge we are owed this money too. . I am not letting this go. The BS that the shop is under new management and ownership is another lie too. B**** isn't new owner. His dad told us today. I have no knowledge about how they run their bike shop and this review is about Benjamin bike and the owner and employees that work there only. Crooks run. They also buy their bikes from luna cycle too where we had to get ours from. You will pay 500 more just go to them direct because they will take your money, spend it and then say so sorry sue me if you want!

    They continually missed commitments and the communication is terrible. On top of that, they were unable to actually perform the upgrade they committed to and gave me a bad battery back that was clearly not mine when I asked for the materials back (I Found out later they sold it to someone else). After more than a month passed, for what was quoted to be one day, every excuse in the book was used to articulate the lack of progress (See below on why!!!). I also had to drive to their shop 20 times because they didn’t answer the phone or return mails. I also never received my money back from the upgrade that I paid for in advance (140). I won’t be returning there.
    Update - On top of them selling my old battery to another customer worth $500, I also just discovered that they took my parts from a $1600 controller I purchased and used them on another customers bike, leaving the $1600 controller totally un-useable. Dishonest practices seem to be the way these guys operate. This was the reason why they kept missing commitments was they used a critical part on the unit I bought and there was no workarounds. I will be contacting these guys and pursuing both civil as well as criminal recourse
    Go find any other Electric Bike Shop not these guys.
