    I ordered and paid for a pair of non prescription readers. So far no shipping or acknowledgment of my emails requesting a tracking number. I had read that this online company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I just want a refund.

    So I purchased a pair of frames Aspire Eyeglasses Stylish at the price of $111.71 on (Nov 17, 2023) at 2:31pm because the website says any order purchased before 3:00pm will get processed the same day. So I checked the status of my order on (Nov 21, 2023) and it says unfulfilled so I emailed the customer service asking them why my order still says unfulfilled and they responded the next day with, “Thank you for your email and so sorry for any delay with your order. l'll check this with the logistic team and will get back to you for the update.“ so I waited on my update and nothing happened so I email them again and again and still nothing so I called the number they have and left voicemails and still nothing and its Nov 29, 2023 still no frames.

    I placed an order with Go Readers Optometry (order # GR4371) for sunglass frames in the beginning of June 2023. On June 12, 2023, $132.43 was taken out of me checking account. On Tuesday, June 20, 2023 I emailed to ask the status of my order. I got an email saying they were to be shipped that Friday (which I assumed was June23rd). It is now July 12th and I have not received the glasses. I have called the number on their website 855-252-1100 four times and left messages because no one answers the phone. I have also sent numerous Emails to ask again about the status of the order and have had no response. Any help or information you have for me would be so appreciated!

    I ordered eyeglass frames from this company on March 26. I have called and left messages and sent emails over the past 3 days to ask about an estimated delivery date. I have received no response. My most recent call and email was today and I asked to cancel and receive a refund but still no response and no one answers the phone. I am doubting the legitimacy of this company.
