    The worst experience ever, they cannot design and engineer a pool - completely botched a beach entry pool and installed a double staircase instead! No project manager, crews trashed property, poor scheduling, no idea how to get a pool designed or completed on time. Under purchasing and cutting corners on materials. Epic nightmare to work with, everything is haphazard, they will trash your property. Kristina said we were the only customers that cared about protecting our home from construction damage and did not provide correct protection of doors, screens or windows during destructive construction. They put in pavers and did finish work so badly we had to deduct funds and hire another company to redo job. Ordered a custom beach entry pool - they did not meet code and installed a non-working steep beach entry not engineered correctly, could not fix their own design failure and instead of beach entry - installed a double staircase. Custom design was ruined over their incompetence to engineer a pool correctly. Ordered 8ft depth, months into construction were told 8 foot depth would require another month of permitting and an additional $11,000, none of which was disclosed prior. Installation of hot tub rock paneling was faulty, Kristina never checked materials, had crew install damaged materials, showed up days after completion and we had to call out damaged materials. Kristina and Allen are awful to work with - an epic nightmare of a company - incompetent, unprofessional, not able to complete a custom pool design. Pool heater they installed was bad, computer had to be replaced after 3 wks of us complaining about a brand new heater not working. 2 mnths later - pool heater still NOT WORKING!! We stupidly referred them to friends initially before we knew how bad their company was - our friends had a terrible experience and had to have much of their work redone.
