    I was a customer of Anytime Mailbox for a little over three months. A short time after receiving my first charge from them I cancelled my service via their online account system. The company, as dirty as the next, kept charging me. I am currently undergoing financial hardship and when I called with my concerns that I never used the service and had attempted to cancel it three charges prior, they informed me that I would not be given a refund because the charges were already considered legitimate. There was no concern for me, their customer, and there will be no concern for any of their other customers. This company and it's employees are scummy and lack the basic decency to be concerned for someone on the brink of financial ruin. The fees that companies levy are wrong if the service is not used. There was a law passed in California requiring insurance companies to either use 80% of their customers premium or return the money they did not use to directly benefit their customer. The laws in this country and the people running it are garbage and keep poor people poor so they can sit on their pedestal and laugh. It's a sickness, greed. It's disgusting, and needs to be quelled. I hope these things don't happen to other people, though I know they will.
