    V****** entered into a contract to purchase a vehicle from Allen Motors that states he owes monthly payments to Allen Motors which he has not done. Allen Motors is the lien holder, not a regular bank, there was never bank financing that we tried to secure for him. V****** has tried to trade and or sell the vehicle on many occasions but can’t because he still owes us the agreed upon balance on his contract.

    Put a vehicle on consignment, company advised it sold. Have yet to release or sign any paperwork

    Vehicle is no longer on lot business advised new owners of vehicle have picked it up.

    Provided payoff information and they have repeatedly advised they will pay off loan and issue remainder funds to myself have repeatedly failed to do so.
