    11/09/22 I made two purchases one for 1891.00 the 2nd for 289.00 the first order was for 6 fans the last order was for a single fan all on same day . I was told 4 of my 6 fans were on back order. The other 2 would be available to ship soon. I got no receipt but a purchase order from paypal. I looked over the purchase noticing the mailing address was incorrect although when I placed the order I gave them my new address. I contacted them and asked about it they put in a request for the distribution center to put in the correct address. I contacted PayPal they said they didn’t see any issues with my address but I did talk to several persons and they did have to go in and fix it even though it showed my correct address on one screen it would show on another area the old address. None the less it got fixed. I did get one fan to my correct address from an order I placed same night but the 2 nd order . I had to go to the old address and pick up the 2 fans that were delivered to the wrong address. The 4 fans on back order hadn’t arrived or shipped yet. I called the company now a 3 rd time , they said rest assured you put in a request it will be ok cause they are on back order and it would be a while before they ship out. They said you will be notified when they ship. Well I never got anything not one email or text nothing I finally drove to old address last Sunday and that’s when the new owners told me they arrived a long time ago and they were there a very long time . We had a hurricane come through Florida so they took off. They asked the older Dayton please contact fed x to send them back since they didn’t know what else to do. How was I to know this even happened no one told me. The business one stop lighting knew what address I lived at they sent one fan to the correct address ordered the same night crazy. But the back order fans that came much later went to old address in November of last year when I had told them to please fix it the address yet they didn’t. Help plz
