I hired WDG to do window blinds and window covering. WDG took a deposit 0f $496.81 for window covering. WDG on May 11 informed me that they could not make covering for 2 of my windows because those windows were too small and therefore cancel the contract. rather than refund my $496.81 WDG agreed to apply the deposit to my patio window and doors. On June 18 WDG put $496.81 again on my credit card charging me for window covering that were not done. Since WDG could not make covering for my windows I hired Costco to make the covering. Now WDG is trying to make me pay for work that they did not do. WDG has lied to Discovered Credit card and sent Discover fraudulent papers stating that they did the window covering and Discover Card believe them and is refusing to remove the $496,81 off my card.

I am rejecting this response because:

Window Design has not complied. Only placing me on hold again why Window Design research my account when they are fully aware that I Am being charge for work that was cancel by them. All I want is my deposit back that was credited to me and the credit was recharge again on my credit card. This is a practice that Window design has a habit of doing to numerous consumers that apply for window covering.

    Regards,
