    My daughters swim team uses Conejo Swimworks to provide team suits each year. I placed my order on 10/9/2022 for this year's swimsuit for $65. On approximately 11/18/22 I received the wrong swim suit (for a boy) and notified them in writing. They requested that I return the incorrect suit and they would send the correct suit. I returned the incorrect suit. Over the past two months I have spoken with at least 2 different people (Stephanie and Matthew) as well as emailed and messaged multiple times through their website. Every time they either ignore the request or say the correct suit will be sent but still have not provided it.

    We will gladly refund Mr. K****** for the incorrect boys suit and if we receive any of the girls suits, we will let him know asap.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    After receiving the complaint from the BBB the business agreed to provide a refund. I was waiting for this to happen but once again, they have refused to provide a refund. The original complaint was closed by the BBB while I was waiting to see if they would make the situation right. Conejo was paid for a service they did not provide and they have refused to provide a refund.
