    The purchase date was March 28, 2024. Paid $6,459.62 for the item with an expected shipment date to their certified installer by August 2024. After various delays by the company in shipping, missed deadlines (self imposed by PopRak's owner), and severe lack in communication for months on end, I submitted a request for a refund on May 17, 2025 after Richard Burke Jr missed another deadline to schedule install of the product. Since my request for a refund and numerous attempts to contact, I have not heard back from Richard and have not been refunded.

    AT A CAMPER VAN EXPO IN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY, 2024, AS PART OF AN ADVERTISED SPECIAL AND AFTER SPEAKING IN PERSON WITH RICHARD B**** (THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY POPRAK) I MADE A DEPOSIT OF $5,595 DOLLARS ON MAY 6TH, 2024 FOR A ROOF TOP CAMP BED TO BE DELIVERED SOMETIME BEFORE OCTOBER, 2024, OR AS STATED IN HIS ADVERTISED PROMOTION, IF I DECIDED IN THE INTERIM DUE TO CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS OR OTHER MATTERS TO FOREGO INSTALLATION OF THE POPRAK, TO HAVE MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED. BY NOVEMBER OF 2024, I WAS TOLD MANUFACTURING ISSUES WOULD FURTHER DELAY DELIVERY OF THE ROOF TOP CAMP BED AND I SUBSEQUENTLY SOLD MY VAN. IN JANUARY, AFTER SEVERAL EARLIER ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT POPRAK, I SPOKE WITH MR B**** BY PHONE AND HE INFORMED ME HE HAD ENCOUNTERED MULTIPLE PROBLEMS , BUT THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE REFUNDED AS PROMISED WITHIN 3-4 WEEEKS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THE COMPANY'S EMAIL ACCOUNT AND MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO MR. B****'S PHONE, IT HAS NOW BEEN MORE THAN 6 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM MR. B****. I ASSUME HIS COMPANY IS STILL DOING BUSINESS SINCE I RECEIVE REGULAR EMAIL NEWSLETTERS FROM POPRAK AND THERE IS STILL A MESSAGE ON THIER PHONE THAT ASKS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY WILL CALL BACK. HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EITHER EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS. I HAVE FILLED A DISPUTE FOR PAYMENT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, BUT WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP THE BBB CAN BE IN ASSISTING WITH RETURN OF MY NEARLY SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT.
