    Called during a flood in my home, waste of $2000. I believe this business is based on how much they can scam insurance companies. Totally scammed me during desperate times. They offered a refund of less than $200 out of the $2000 they took but they did nothing to earn it. Their brochure tells you about the dangers of water damage and the need for a quick response. I just wish they'd have read it before they showed up. Two guys responded. First thing I was told was that they were never told how bad it was. That could be true, but it is a company communication issue because I was very clear to the dispatcher that took my call during real time. I was also very, very clear on the point that I had to flood insurance. One responder took pictures and did paperwork, the other vacuumed less than a third of any room. Nothing got moved. Carpets were saturated with water after he left. The guy taking pictures urged me to call my insurance time and time again even though I made it clear that I had to flood insurance. He said that policies always have some sort of coverage during emergencies. The guy that took the pictures said he'd contact me the next day to get my insurance information so he could send pictures and work with them on my situation. He handed me a brochure, took a $2000 check then had me sign some paperwork all the time assuring me that they'd be able to help me. Then I was ghosted! No call, no show nothing! Almost a week later my granddaughter who found them online on the night of the flood, reached out to them to express her discuss with their performance. She put me on the phone with someone that said he'd look into it and get back to me in about 10 days. I had to reach out to him and was continually put off with false promises about call backs. A few days shy of a month after the incident he offered the refund of less than 10%. It has cost me thousands of dollars to fix the flood damage they ignored.

    Do not work with this company. They are only out to make a profit. Its been over six months and the project is still not completed and what was done needs to be fixed because of sloppy and lazy work.
