I am 90 years old and need my AC.I looked at many companies. ****'s sold me on rebates they offered. I cost me $19,000. With a $5000 rebate.They also left me I ugly looking copper pipe line . Looks like an amateur did the work.They dropped a box of screws on the roof. They used a magnet to pick up the ones that fell to the driveway..but when a good wind comes through I'm still finding them Falling onto the driveway. I have attempted to call left messages and talked to someone in the office that said they would have my sales person call me..The job was done in April 2024.This is July 28. 2024. With no rebate yet.. they said their office doesn't process it. Yet that was for me the sales point I choose them over other companies.

Sir - Here are photos taken on April 25, 2024. There is no box of screws on your roof. There is no ugly copper pipe (aside from the drain line which is required by code). There is no amateur work to be seen. We installed a packaged unit and a custom rooftop adapter curb. Everything was installed correctly with no issues and no complaints since it was installed. In fact, we havent received a call from you since the system was installed. I understand it's frustrating to wait for a 3rd party rebate, however, insulting the install, in a form of frustration, is not fair to the contractor.

1 starVery poor service. I was charged over a thousand dollars for work that still has not been completed. They don't keep you informed at all. I am very sorry I chose this company to repair my furnace. I have had no heat for over a week.
