    If you are single or widowed woman PLEASE do not use Vic's Air. They take advantage of women. Even when I got so upset because of the office personnel talking to me like I knew nothing I had my son call her... she gave him a different story, couldn't answer his questions and said she would call back... she never called back. I was charged $1,550. for a leak and replacing the freon. It took them 3 x coming out to my house to figure it out because the first tech simply did not know what he was doing.. he said he couldn't find a leak but I needed 3 pounds of freon. One day later the AC was not working again, they came out to say it was too hot outside for them to do what should have been done in the first place but they would be back the next morning. After talking to my son, knowing I was over charged I called the company and asked them to please hold the check so we could discuss it and discuss a payment plan... my son also tried to talk to them and asked the same of them in which she said she would call back... they deposited the check and I have not heard from them. This AC unit i pain 18,000 for just 4 years ago. was installed by them and supposedly has a 10 year warrantee. PLEASE DO NOT USED VIC'S AIR
