    I had a monthly membership with Commune Media Inc. for which I was charged $19.99. In the month of May, Commune charged me twice; on May 2, 2024 for $19.99 and again on May 8, 2024 for $19.99. I wrote to them in May, asking them to refund me for the second charge, as I was supposed to only be charged once. I received an automated email response, stating that they would get "back to me when we are able." When they are able? This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I wrote them again, only to receive the same automated response. Because of their not responding or refunding me my money, I notified them that I wanted my subscription cancelled. Not only have they not contacted me about the $19.99 they owe me, they never cancelled my subscription and tried to charge me for the month of June, two times, asking for my immediate attention to the matter as I took my payment information off of their site when I cancelled my subscription. They do not have a phone number in which you can call and speak to a **************** Representative and they do not respond with a live person to emails. There are numerous reviews online of people experiencing this same problem with this company. I want my money, $19.99, which I was charged twice for, refunded, and I want my subscription cancelled.
