      I ordered my shower door on 1/31/24 with *** (sales rep) and as of today 6/4/24 I have not received my door. I have been calling, texting, and online chatting on their website and have gotten nowhere! I called the office and spoke with a man who was as much help as a pocket on the back on my shirt thanks ***! He showed no interest and continually told me "he has no updates on my shower door". I asked for a full refund and he sent me to ***, the owner, well that was five days ago and I have not heard a word from him. I just got off the phone chat AGAIN with them (***) and got the same answer....no updates don't know where the door is. If you the company don't know who does?! I know, look up the order on your computer! I told *** the company contacted me back on May 8th telling me my door was in and wanted to set up a delivery/installation date his response was "well i was wrong". This must be common place for this company, get your order, take your ******************'t deliver, and give you the worst customer service when you contact them. I just left my second message with the owner and if his employees follow through comes from the top I doubt I'll hear from him. DO NOT USE THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH ARE BEYOND THE WORST!!!

      Would give zero stars if it were an option. Long story short. I own a Century Shower Door. I ordered cleaning supplies from them on January 20 ****. After two week of tracking the package via **** with no movement I called the company. Was told I need to speak to **** (I was told later he is an owner). No response. I call back a few days later. Leave a message with ****** response. I try their live chat on the website. They tell me **** has nothing to do with the process ( the receptionist in ******** ** told me he is in charge of the product) after being on live chat (no one on live chat will give their name ever) Live chat tells me to email them. I email 4 different times. Not one response. I try live chat again and am now told by sales rep (no name given) that the bottle caps are on backorder. They would be in the next day and I would see movement on tracking within two days. Nothing moved! I call **** again and leave a message. No response. I try live chat again. Supplies to be delivered on 2-12-24 and shipped right away. 2-14-24 there is no movement on tracking. Call the office AGAIN and am told I need to speak to ****. I tell her he will not return my call. She says there is nothing more she can do. I tried to cancel my order on live chat and am told that my order is in queue and cannot be cancelled. Who runs a company like this? The only person with a name is **** and he wont acknowledge phone messages? Calling my credit card company to cancel payment.

      I have a defective shower door seal that was installed in August 2023.I have tried to contact customer service at ********************** by Chat, email and phone on two occasions. I have even tried calling the salesperson who came out to provide the quote and no response at all.The only time I have spoken to them I was told they would call me to arrange a service date and replace the seal but again they did not call.All I'm asking for is to have Century come out and replace the seal, and maybe a slight door adjustment, I would do it myself if I had the seal and thought I would not invalidate the warranty, its and easy job. **********

      DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We paid for and had glass shower doors installed in our guest bathroom in November 2022. The shower door shattered on my teenage daughter 2 months later *** 2023 while she was simply sliding it open. She sustained cuts and nicks (I have pics). I complained to them and they replaced the shower panel at no cost Feb 2023. I was Ok with that until the same shower panel shattered again in April 2023 while being cleaned by a cleaning lady. At this point I was livid because now it became a safety issue. I called and spoke to I believe the owner or someone in charge and he basically tried to make me feel like we were the ones at fault or we were trying to pull a fast one on them. He said, "Its hard to believe that the shower door would shatter twice in a short period of time". (As if it was our intention to break it twice). I replied, "Exactly, that is why I am calling you." I have had cardboard club houses more sturdy and reliable than their shower doors. Their solution was for ** to come out of pocket this time, at a discounted rate, to have the same shower door replaced a 3rd time. I adamantly declined their offer. I explained we shouldnt have to pay more money on a faulty product. If you stand by this product and service than this should not be an issue. I asked if we needed thicker glass or if it was an installation issue. He did not budge and offered no other option. We are still without a shower door today and currently working with ********** who contracted them to try to come up with a solution.

      These people are the worst and they make up excuses for their own convenience. They called yesterday at the last minuet with some made-up BS about how "they could not install my shower doors", which I have waited on for weeks to get, because "someone had a personal problem and was out' " They are now saying they will call me "today or tomorrow" to reschedule for sometime next week, served with a side of snug attitude with the "customer service rep". AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
