      The gforce fantom external hard I bought has given me nothing but problems. And I can't get their warranty department to help me.

      I ordered new cables and even fit a new dish receiver but the problem has still persisted The 1st 2 tickets got no action or response from the warranty department. I was forced to call the sales department because their help desk never responded to any of my messages.

      The problem has returned. It gets stuck in a 'spin out cycle' and everything has to be reset, not only the drive but the whole cable setup has to be completely shut down and reset.

      At this point, there is so much information on the external disc, I can't function without it. They are requesting i send this defective drive to them and wait for them to return it or send me another.

      Leaving me with no other alternative but to purchase another external hard drive to hold my data temporarily until they reach a decision after which they may or may not be able to retrieve my data.

      There must be a better alternative. But based on their lack of response to my prior attempts I'm not very hopeful.

      I'm hoping if this complaint will get me better service or action then I've been receiving.

      Or at least serve as a warning to others.

      I purchased a hard drive and have had several issues. The drive had to be returned. I received a new drive, and it has failed. I have asked for a refund of my money as I have no faith in this company. Their tech support has not fully understood my issues and has failed to read all of my descriptions. I Purchased the drive back in May, and I still don't have a functioning hard drive. This is critical to my data to be backed up.
