    To whom it May concern, AIT had been a transporting service for a hood for my vehicle that I purchased approximately 4 months ago. The hood was damaged in route. I took pictures of the package took pictures of the damage and contacted the company immediately upon my receipt of this product. The value of the product is around $1,100. I contacted the company right away and provided them the information including pictures that they requested. The indicated that they would take care of everything in contact the supplier to get a new one sent to me to replace the damaged one. I called the month later and they indicated they were still working on it. I gave him another month and call again at that time they kept telling me they were going to take care of it. In total have called approximately 8 times. Could provide call log if needed. Subsequently I contacted the retailer and at that point they indicated too late for them to help anything without assistance from the shipping company / ait. They contacted AIT and AIT told them it was outside of their time frame even though I immediately responded to them upon receipt of the item. I have contacted managers at ait. They all say they're going to take care of it. I've asked to be copied on email sent out by them and that never happens either. So far has been a very unreliable company. They're very nice on the phone and I always leave the phone conversation thinking it's going to be taken care of and and have had no headway as of yet. I've been very patient and initially trusted them because they stated they would take care of it. In recent communications I have kept track of who I've talked to and like I said could give call log. Could also provide pictures. Could also provide the initial email that I sent to them all as proof that have been trying to do what I'm supposed to do to get this taken care of. In any case would really appreciate any help. Just would hate to have other customers be treated this way as well. Thank you
