    Carrier DHL did not attempt to deliver my package , now Fashion nova claims my items was marked return to sender and will not issue my refund. They say it's the carriers fought. I have provided tracking info from both fashion nova and DHL which shows no movement of my package after Jan 12 when order was placed Jan 11. My address is correct, so that's not the issue, the carrier never attempted to deliver and I want to know why? And why does the tracking provided not state anything of this matter? How can I order again from this site when I don't know why my package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered in the first place? If so, when was it attempted and why doesn't the tracking show any of this?

    DHL GLOBAL IN ********* ** IS REFEUSING TO HAND OVER OUR FREIGHT AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

    They are trying to charge us again for freight we have already paid for.

    We have already paid for this freight. Please see attached documentation. We paid for this shipment on 9/12/22. Invoice total was $6,521.12 less the delivery charge of $483.36 as we picked up the shipment, for a total of $6,037.76. Please see attached payment receipt. This was part of a lost shipment that took 3 months to locate. We paid for 2 pallets at 912kg and only received half of the shipment. Please see attached supporting documentation. This is part of a DHL Claim. Neither DHL GLOBAL nor DHL Claims will respond.

    We need a resolution on this today. No one at DHL will respond to emails or phone calls. We need our freight as soon as possible. I have emailed and called everyone I could with no response.

    This complaint is against *** ***************** *** Global *********** *** **********. They delayed delivery of my shipment not once but twice which resulted in cancellation of orders from our customer and our company incurred heavy losses due to the fact that they do not deliver the shipment on time. Here are the details of two shipment which get delayed:

    1. House Bill : *********, as per original invoice they promised to deliver within 51 days but its more than 60 days passed, still there is no sign of delivery. When we contacted them they were not ready to solve this issue or provide us any kind of relief.

    2. House Bill : *********, as per invoice, delivery 60 days, Order confirmed on Dec 26, delivery on or before February 26th. They delayed the delivery by another 3 months, It got delivered May 5th.

    Due to above Delays , our order got cancelled and its effected our reputation as a business entity. So we have to incur heavy losses.
