    The week of October 17, 2022, we returned a ******* cell phone to the UPS store for shipping. The label and box for this phone were provided by *******. The box was dropped off at the UPS store, and today, October 27, 2022, the UPS store claims never to have received this box, which is entirely inaccurate. This store currently has security cameras that can verify drop-off, and I have a photocopy of the label used for shipping purposes.
