    Dr ********************** had performed a breast augmentation and lift along with a tummy tuck for me in September of 2022 and because of the poor results she did a repeat surgery in Jan 2023. The first surgery ended with an encapsulation on the left side that had to be fixed, possibly a result of a bleed that was left unfixed. I do however understand this is a risk BUT, right side results were also poor.On the right side I still had too much excess skin and the results/look were not acceptable. She advised she could not repeat the lift and take more skin so she agreed the way to correct was larger implants to fill the space. I had the repeat surgery and the results are still poor. My right side still has excess skin, too much saggy skin below the ******. The left side pocket is way too large and the implant is literally swimming in the pocket, droopier and bigger than the right. There is so much excess skin. The implant is so far in my armpit its uncomfortable at ALL times especially anytime Im on my back and that means while I sleep. It causes pain. It looks terrible. The left is bigger, droopier and very very uncomfortable. She advised there is nothing she can do to fix it. However I have had three other opinions and they advised I need another FULL lift, internal bra and sutures, different implant types all to fix what she has done. This will cost me approximately $23,000 to correct and she is unwilling to provide any financial support at ALL! Also my tummy tuck, she left excess skin that hangs over that 2 doctors (I didnt ask the third) said I need a revision of the incision area because there is still excess skin to be removed. I reached out multiple times to her and she is not willing to help. She stated many times there is nothing she can do. While she may not be competent to do it other doctors can and therefore she should help offset some of the large additional expense I will have.

    Good afternoon,

    I want to clarify my refund request. Dr. ********************** performed two cosmetic procedures, one of them she did twice due to poor results. I had to pay in full for all of these procedures, even the second time. I am not asking for a refund from or for other companies, I am asking for a fair refund from her for the procedures she performed due to their poor results.
