      Enagic via (The Dream Team) utilizes deceptive marketing practices to solicit product sales online via ******************** techniques. **** know as ****** via various videos offered an attractive compensation plan as an Independent Distributor wherein I was told I needed to purchase Wellness products in order to earn commissions on said products. The focus I was told to market the Program and not the products to new prospective Independent Distributors. I agreed and I was told later not to use the Enagic name when doing online AM as this was part of The Dream Team policy causing me to no longer trust their promises. Claims were made that free training and support but promises weren't kept leading me to decide to cancel my distributorship with them. After several phone attempts with various depts. (we have details) to return the unopened products (4 totalling over 10K) for them to buyback as they are required to by their contract to accept (see attached) they are refusing to do so even after filing a police report of this matter.We only seek to return their products to them that was initially verbally agreed upon and receive a full refund of monies paid per their own published policy and have our Independent Distributorship cancelled.

      The transaction was April 2024. The seller (******* ****) claimed I would sell and make money within 2-3 months but later explained in a presentation that she didn't make money for six months, and then it was one whole year, the time frame of her actually making money was within 1-2 years. When I was told it would take a short period of time. I proceeded with Enagic for 5 months until I had absolutely had no money and way more debt to pay. I then left it all, looked to see if I could get a refund but you cannot 14 days prior to purchase and the package has to be unopened. I have then tried to sell the machine on ******** marketplace and kijiji for about 7-8 months now. I have emailed Enagic to see if I can get a refund but nothing has been responded to. I have reached out to the seller and she mentioned that it was all my fault that I had purchased the product upon lies to buy it (my own words). I would honestly just would like a refund of 4500$ because it is a useless debt over my head for a faulty product that is not legitimate. I would love it if I could sue the lady, but I would just love this debt NOT to be here anymore. I realize that I had signed the return policy but I didn't know this company was a huge scam. I am asking BBB what can I do to get my money back?

      Last year, I regrettably signed up as a distributor for Enagic. I quickly learned Enagic is nothing but a pyramid scheme and they should be shut down. While away on a business trip recently, I returned home to a large box from Enagic. To date, this has never been opened. I called customer service to request a *** and the numerous people I spoke to on the phone all claim this cannot be returned as the 10 business day window has closed. I am furious. My credit card has been charged almost $3,000 for junk. Please help me in resolving this issue. Its ridiculous that time after time Enagic gets away with this. Its a scam and its being allowed to happen every single day.

      I am rejecting the business response because this complaint was submitted to the wrong company by mistake. It was intended for GIA (Gemological Institute of America) regarding an item damaged during their service.
      Please disregard this complaint against Enagic USA, Inc. I sincerely apologize to the business for the confusion.

      sult, the gemstone became unreturnable to the seller, forcing me to replace it at my own cost to fulfill professional obligations. This incident has caused significant financial loss and emotional distress. While *** acknowledged that the damage occurred in their possession, they only offered $285 USD in compensation an amount wholly inadequate under the circumstances.Although the incident occurred in *******, the case is now being handled by **** New York office. I am in direct contact with:*** ********** *** *** AJP Law Enforcement Liaison As *** is a U.S.-based global institution, I believe this matter falls under U.S. consumer protection oversight.       Enagic was supposed to send me $702 cheque. It never came. They know the cheque was not cashed by in April 2025... but I still didn't receive a replacement cheque.

      I bought a product I do not need because the purchase was tied to a business opportunity that was introduced to me as an investment which I eventually understood to be sales. I at the point of this realization expressed that I do not like sales, had never engaged in sales or marketing and do not intend to start now. The sponsor insisted there was no return policy and led me to believe that till the statute of limitation had elapsed on the sale. I had signed a document but in all these I was taken advantage of in the sense that I was so busy with my job and didnt read the fine print.

      Dear bbb I am writing to bring to your attention a billing dispute I have with Enagic USA. I recently received a final notice from them stating that I owe $4,320 for a machine I purchased from them. I would like to clarify that I initially purchased the machine to join their business, but later realized that the business model was a pyramid scheme. Upon this realization, I contacted Enagic USA to inform them that I wanted to return the item. However, I was informed that I had already exceeded the return date. Subsequently, I missed a payment, and they sent me a letter threatening to send the account to collections if the outstanding amount was not paid. I was actually anticipating this action so that I could settle the matter through the collection agency. To my surprise, years have passed, and Enagic USA never followed through with sending the account to collections. Yet, I recently received a mail from them claiming that I owe $4,180, even though the business account had already been terminated. It is concerning that they continue to charge me for an amount that should have been resolved when the business account was terminated. and i am willing to return the product, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I am not unfairly charged for an amount that should have been settled when the business account was terminated.       I received a letter threatening legal action for a product never ordered, never even search for or desired, and certainly never received. I don't even really know what they sell at their company that I have never heard of but know and I have no water treatment.
