    I never received the free design after spending more than $10. "Spend $10 or more and receive the chocolate bunny applique for free. Do not add it to your cart, we will e-mail it to you". I have contacted ********* 3X to get the issue resolved, without any respond. She was quick to take my money via PayPal, but not willing to honor her promise. Please do not order anything from her, or you can get scammed too.

    Hi, this is smartneedle, YES we did sent you the FREE Design as email attachment right away.I always recomend all my clietns to please check your spam folders, since attachments can get it those for security Purposes.Thanks again Smartneedle.com

    Worst ***************** Order two items for download, they charged my paypal account and I never received the link to download. When I log into their system, this order does not show on my account, yet paypal was charged. Cannot find a number to call them, just keep sending emails that they do not respond to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
