    ******** in Costco offered existing clients promotion in May ** went to the Costco in Tracy CA. The sales lady told us with $110 per month contract for two people for 2 years and we will get free ******** and ******** that is $40 in value. ** decided to do it after consideration. However, I couldn't do it due to my phone issue. I need to fix the phone and then to finish the deal. My husband got his phone contract on 5/26. I was told to go back after the claim. The phone was fixed on 5/27 and picked up same day. Then I went back to the ******** booth trying to resume working on the promotion. But I was told the claim was not processed and I need to go back later. I went back a couple more times then, but still pending They apologized saying that they will do credit adjustment to us. On June 4th, when I got the email from Assurant, I went back again. I got there right after 7:30Pm, but there is no one there. I waited for over 10 minutes, still no one showed up. Then I took a photo of the sign as attached. I checked with Costco staff, but they don't have clue about ******** staffs. I had to leave after 8pm. On 6/08 I went again. They tried to process again but declined. The rep tried to get transferred to different department but still no use. Then another rep suggested to call Assurant which turned out it worked. I was able to get the deal finished. However, the rep said that I was one day late for the promotion, I need to pay $200 for the phone I was to get. I made the payment, though not my fault. When we were home trying to set up the ******** and ******** we were told that those were with commercials. The actual cost for both programs is less than $20 per month. ** have been customers with ********s for long time, but felt we were not told the truth. I request ******** to refund me $200 for the phone and $20 x 24 = $480 for ******** and ******** ******** had issues to train their employees to work correctly, and the customers had to suffer and pay more.
