    Ana Flores events stole my money and cancelled my event the night of my event and did not give me my refund back. She did my engagement party for me and I wanted to use her for another event of mine. I paid her in full 5 months before the event which was supposed to take place on 9.30.2023 and we agreed on the chair, tables, flowers and everything. The same night of my event she texted me saying to call her urgently. When I did she told me I will not be able to do your event and I have to cancel. That is 12:00am on Sat 9.30.2023 the same day of my event, she remembered to tell me that she can not make it!. She was supposed to come to orange county to do my event per our agreement. She cancelled on me and I started crying all night before my event, not knowing what to do and where will I have all of my guests sit and she ruined my event. All companies were closed that day and the next day I found a company but I had to pay double of what I paid her in order to have a rental company and a florist to do my event, because it was a last minute thing. She refused to give me my money back, that she owes me and she did not care to what she caused me and the amount of stress and depression I had to go though. I am still emotionally and financially affected by what she did to me and to other people who have had the same experience and she did not give us our money back. She is a scammer and she keeps on scamming more people and that has to stop. We want our right and our money back.

    I sent an email to **** Flores June 12th below. We have not received a response.....On May 26, 2023, we sent you full payment to Ana Flores Events to rent and operate a 360-degree booth on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 1:30pm-4:30pm for our mothers 90th birthday celebration at the *********************** located at ***********************************************************************************. At your request, we made the full payment of $600.00 through Zelle with an agreement that you would send receipt of payment. In addition, you informed us that the photo booth required 14ft of space. As a result, we rented additional space to accommodate the booth in the amount of $343.71. Unfortunately, we did not receive the receipt after 2 requests and the booth never arrived even though it was communicated multiple times over the past few weeks. We not only lost money, but most importantly we lost the opportunity to capture photographic moments during our mothers 90th birthday celebration. To resolve the problem, we would appreciate a refund in the amount of $943.00. Attached are copies of our records of payment. We look forward to your reply and a resolution to our problem. We will wait until Friday, June 16, 2023 before seeking help from the state consumer protection agencies and local consumer advocate organizations. You can contact us by email or by phone.     Took 11k under contract , did not do the job and is now refusing to give us the refund that is owed
