    Hello, On 4/3/23 I went to mail of a package to my sister at Mail & More ********************************************************* ******** was the employee who helped me very nice lady, I told her what was in the package and that I want to take out insurance on this package because I had pricey items in there. Also because of all the thief that has been going on in ***********, which all of our packages has to go through there. She asked me what's the value and I paid for the insurance for my package. My package was lost, I opened a claim with the post office which they send me a check for $119.90 that was they automatically cover for my package. I told them that my package was insured through Mail and More. They told me I have to call Mail and More and they will have to give me my money back. I called ******** and Mail and More, she said she sees I put insurance on it and that she will have to file a claim and the owner will call **** called 3 times trying to follow up on this, once with the ************** service agent on the phone and they put me on hold for a long time agent could not hold. The ************** told me that Mail and More will have to give me my money back for my items that was stolen or lost that I put on the insurance. If you look at the receipt they only put I declared $500.00. I paid for my insurance and I want my money. You can follow up with the ************** and see how many times I have contact them. The owner called me trying to tell me that she has nothing to do with this and because I already cash the check from the postal service she can't help, I was so **** with her I cuss at her an hang up the phone, this is bull. Can you please help me with this?My postal tracking number is on the receipt. **********************
