I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to ****** on my own - after ************************************** ********* and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. ****** from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). ****** was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from ***** today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially ******!
