    I have been going to this gas station every day for 3months and the advertise one price for gas they have been charging me for super unleaded when I’m buying regular gas no signs saying cash debit or credit I was told there is a dollar charge for debit that’s it he has Ben robbing me every day twice a day his receipt does not show any gas prices at all and mots don’t even say fuel at all and the ink fades in little time so they are useless I do door dash I drive every day and I finally notice the other day what was going on he robbed me at least 400 dollars over these 3 months and everyone else using a card Was robbed also I never had to watch this before I’m 54 it’s not ok to do that I’m sure it’s illegal

    Hello ******,

    Sorry for the delayed response. My father typically runs the business but he is out of the country for the month of August so as his daughter I get to handle all the interesting elements for this month.

    This email is in response to the complaint filed against 99 Food Market from ****** ****.  Our store has always had a sign with two prices posted, one for credit card customers and one price for cash customers due to the additional charges that occur with the credit card. We have recently updated our digital sign that posts the cash price and below it is our old wooden sign with the two prices posted depending on the type of payment used. Our wooden sign was damaged recently by a customer and a new sign has been ordered but due to the delays in the production/ shipping  process we have been printing out the prices and posting them at each of the 4 gas pump along with it being posted on the counter next to the credit card machine.
    I am sorry Mr. **** feels as if he is being cheated, that is not our intent or goal. We have always had the two different set of prices at our business (similar to all the gas stations in our area). Our new sign will soon be arriving hopefully in the next 2 weeks and we will be back to posting our old way but in the mean time the prices are also posted with the daily price rate sheet.
    I am happy to attach photographs or any other proof you may require to verify this information or I’m not sure of you make visits out to the site but that is also welcome.

    Please let me know any further steps I may need to take to help resolve the issue at hand.
