    Rhoades Pool and plastering. Initially I was excited to find them. The owner was friendly offered a great deal, squeezed us in his schedule but made sure we knew we were getting the same price as everyone else. No discounts as he came recommended from one of his family members who is a good friend. Not a problem. He did ask of we wanted to change the tile. I said no as it wasn't broken. What I didn't know was that I didn't know that his open ended question meant something different. Come to find out our tile was missing grout. I didn't know this nor was I notified or given any further recommendations. The Rhoades team plastered the pool and pulled the plaster partially up in between the tiles at varying heights and over thr edges of some tiles . when I asked about that because it looked terrible. I was met with indifference and told that essentially i should have known. They do this to prevent leaks. That they could pull the plaster up but it would be extremely costly and they would get to it when they had time. I'm still waiting since July.Not only did the plaster work look poorly, they did not replace the inlet output valves that were present previous to construction and left plaster debrid in several spots in the side yard, by the pool pump and in the front . I'm not sure I would recommend their service, eventhough it was more affordable than other plaster companies.
