I went to Fish for underglow and lights for the inside of my Dodge Challenger around September 2022. I decided to purchase both lights through Fish because it allowed me to do financing on the lights. The total of obtaining both lights was $420 and I would be paying $30 every two weeks through Snap Financing. About two weeks after getting the lights installed, the lights started falling down. I went back to Fish's shop where he anchored the lights back onto the car. About a month later, the lights started falling on the front bumper. I was going out of town that day and wanted the lights anchored that day because they were touching the pavement and did not want them to get pulled off. Fish's associate was able to re-anchor them back onto the car and a couple days later, I went to see Fish who applied tape to the lights. Afterwards, sometime in late November-early December, my lights started hanging off the front bumper along with a black wire. I had tried contacting Fish several times to ask if he could re-anchor the lights and maybe add more support because I did not want to keep dealing with my lights falling off. I did not hear from Fish after I messaged him a second time. I drove to Tulare to his previous shop and found out Fish did not work there anymore due to late rent and people complaining about his work. Thankfully, Fish's old colleague was able to look at the lights because he was concerned about the black wire hanging down. Fish's colleague informed me that it appears that Fish applied faulty underglow lights. Fish's colleague said that the wire was disconnected and that if you tried to reconnect the wire it causes the lights to mess up. In addition, the lights do not work anymore and a small section of the lights are glowing when the lights are off. If I try to turn the lights on, the strips do not work anymore
