    Parked in an illegal parking spot due to there literally being zero parking at the whole facility we live. The school decided to literally have zero parking spots and it's not like we are near street parking and everything around us requires a pass.....so the people who don't have one at the places near us just park in our park areas.....this makes there zero parking by 530. I am not paying this ticket even if I did park in an illegal spot.....I will get a lawer involved and drive around as I film the whole area showing there is literally zero parking.

    I am still on hold with PMB after 45 minutes. All I want is to tell them that the link to ordering a staff permit for ******************* brings me to a page of code, not a form. (See Attachment 1). When I click on "return to Login screen" I am taken to a list that does not include *******************. (Attachment 2). Your phone contact is *****-esque. It tells me my call will be answered in 20 minutes, then 28 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 20 minutes, and so on for 45 minutes now. Please fix your website so I can order a parking pass. Thank you.

    This business charges for university parking permit then fails to mail permit. Then ticket vehicle for not displaying permit (that was purchased and not delivered) They have the vehicle license number in their system showing perrmit has been purchased prior to ticket being issued. Online dispute is conveniently not showing in their system and now too late to file an additional dispute so they have increased the fine and are not allowing a dispute. Photos online show temp permit displayed.Total ripoff!

    Called them today asked why I never received a letter from them telling me I had a ticket. They said theyre not responsible if ticket gets blown off car or anything. They send one letter and if it gets lost or stolen if they dont get response they dont send anything else and increase ticket and put hold on vehicle registration. I dont want this to happen to anyone else so I requested the company to please start sending at least just one more letter warning people before you put a hold on their registration. Be somewhat understanding, supervisor said she will talk to her team. I highly doubt this will happen but I will ask for proof of change to their policy as this is unfair.
